WHAT News: An Update & Mini Penguins

Hello! :D How've you been doing? Great, I hope!

Bruce and I have been staying with my mom since Brandon's visit so I haven't been able to share Daily Dose of Bruce photos. (My iMac is at my dad's.) So my apologies to my dear husband who's been asking for them and a few of my friends. Although Brandon gets to see Bruce through our daily Skype dates, he loves seeing photos not from the webcam. ;) By the way, if you didn't know, Brandon's birthday is this Saturday!

Aside from the lack of posts, I've been struggling to balance work and motherhood. Before I get into it, I have to thank all my clients/customers and clients-to-be for all the patience in the world!! My wait list has gotten so long, sometimes I feel like I should stop adding people on. But when I receive encouraging emails saying people will wait until I'm available, I feel so blessed and excited to work with everyone when I DO get the chance. I think the hardest part is constantly stopping in the midst of a project to tend to Bruce. Don't get me wrong, I love being a mother and watching my little rascal (hehe) grow, but I'll be the first to admit that I'm not the best at having someone interrupt my workflow. For example, it's been four hours since I started typing this post! But I'm s-l-o-w-l-y getting the hang of it and I've been able to make a few mini penguins and start on a personalization project! Go me! Lol. Sometimes though, in all seriousness, I feel like I'm doing something wrong. Especially when I see all these talented crafters creating things left and right with multiple children running around! Big ups to ya'll, fo real! I hope to become better at balancing motherhood and work like them awesome mamas out there. ;D

So as I mentioned earlier, I was able to make a few mini penguins. I gave one to Brucie but I have two more pictured here:

It's been so long since my last post. Here's a look at what went on during the last week of March...
