I hope you all had a yummy Thanksgiving break much like this awesome turkey cupcake photo above! *Have you started on your fan food creation?* ;) Brandon and I stuffed ourselves and we still have leftovers! We didn't have turkey this year but definitely got our Honey Baked Ham fix. If you haven't had one from them, you're missing out! (Unless, of course, your mother makes it better!)
My family came up to visit and Bruce got to meet his grandpa and his other aunt for the first time. My dad got teary-eyed when he held him. :') Such a sweet moment with everyone watching with huge smiles. I'm bummed that time flew by but I'm excited for Bruce's first Christmas! So much I want to do, my mind is going a million miles per hour, which is why I dreamt of an octopus the other night. I know, random, but I looked it up and it said if you dream of an octopus, it means you got too much going on. I periodically check what my dreams mean. :P
Anyway, I got two packages in the mail today: Handprint ornament kits and a wooden "B"! The ornaments will be Christmas gifts to grandparents (and us, of course) from Bruce and the "B" will be going up in our bedroom. A lot has changed since that photo was taken so I'll be sharing an updated photo once I get the chance to get these projects done. :)
