Shout Out - Whole Foods

I do realize this isn't our usual Shout Out, but I wanted to share these delicious strawberries from Whole Foods! :D Husband and I ventured into Whole Foods earlier this week for the first time. Of course, we'd heard great things about their food and service, we'd pass by it from time to time but we had never stepped inside one. My BFF had recommended it to buy certain things so we dropped by and you should've seen my husband's face when he saw the stash of enormous strawberries in the entrance. (The ones in these photos were regular sized.) But I mean, these strawberries were 3-4 times bigger than your average Safeway ones. We bought two basketful of strawberries among other yummy treats and so far, everything we've eaten has been a hit. :) Oh, the frozen yogurt too! <3 I was in heaven!

Darling Moments: My Valentine

Yes, this post is a bit belated, but I had to give a shout out to my husband for sending me these flowers on Valentine's Day. Total surprise. The flowers in this photo is what's left of them... :P I didn't take a pic right away and most of them have wilted so I tried arranging it in a smaller vase and this is what I ended up with. Some credit for effort? :) In any case, ever since we started dating, our tradition has been getting In-N-Out for Vday and this year was no different. We enjoyed our meal, cozied up and watched a movie at home.

WHAT News: New People & Bazaar Bizarre SF

Hello Friday! :) I apologize for the lack of posts this week. I've been feeling a bit under the weather and the computer screen wasn't doing much to make me feel better. Hopefully, I'll get lots of rest this weekend so we won't be missing posts next week!

Darling Moments: Rain Boots

Last week, I got a UPS box delivered to my door. I wasn't expecting any packages since I didn't order anything online so I totally assumed that it was my Valentine's gift from my husband. :) With all smiles, I opened the package (because it said my name on it) and discovered these CUTE rain boots! After reading the packing list, I realized they were from my BFF! She had sent them to me since it's been raining cats and dogs here and I didn't own a pair of rain boots! How sweet and thoughtful is that?! I immediately put them on and wore it around the house until my husband came home and we went out to Trader Joe's... of course, in my new rain boots. :D
